AUCKLAND CRANES WIN PROJECT OF THE YEAR AT CANZ AWARDS!

On the 14th – 16th July 2021 the Crane Association of New Zealand held their first annual conference since COVID-19. The conference was held in Hamilton and included the prestigious Crane Awards.

CANZ believe that recognition of those achieving good things in our industry is an important part of what the association stands for. Their goal is to lift the standard of the industry and celebrate those individuals and organisations that embody those same values.

 

 

The 2021 Award Winners include:

  • Trainee of the Year: Brent Ericksen
  • Trainer of the Year: Stuart Hindley, Major Oak Safety Training
  • Training company of the Year: Major Oak Safety Training
  • Project of the Year: Ferry Basin Redevelopment Roof Canopy Installation – HEB, Downer, Auckland Cranes, Smith Crane & Construction

Alongside Smith Crane & Construction Ltd, HEB Construction and Downer New Zealand Auckland Waikato Cranes were part of the Ferry Basin Redevelopment Roof Canopy Installation team. Our team are absolutely thrilled to have been part of the winning entry for the Crane Association of New Zealand Inc. Crane Awards Project of the Year Award.
